Polytan Asia Pacific Pty Ltd were awarded the contract for the major upgrade of the hockey pitch at Ku-ring-gai High School, North Turramurra.   Works commenced on 31 July 2023.   It is exciting to see some action at long last!

The amenity block will also benefit from an upgrade with the tender for this work going out soon.

The new hockey pitch and upgraded amenity block will cost $3.2 million which has been funded by $480,000 from the hockey community and a $2.72 million grant awarded to NSBHA by the NSW State Government under the 2021/22 Multi-Sport Community Facility Fund.

NSBHA wishes to acknowledge the continued support from the NSW Department of Education and in particular the team from Schools Infrastructure NSW, and the NSW Office of Sport.

NSBHA looks forward to working with Polytan over the next six months as we return this old hockey pitch to its former glory.

This old pitch will be demolished in August to make way for the brand new facility.
