We have a centralised calendar for team selections and trials, and we actively work with you to secure the best rates for quality accommodation. We can assist you and your manager in booking team dinners and activities at FSCs and other away carnivals. We also have FSC templates that can be used to create team initineries.
In summary, we are lazer focussed in ensuring that as an NSB coach, your experience will be a great one.
NSB Coaching Pathways
Where possible our Association goal is to appoint independent coaches for our Div 1 NSB teams.
We also actively encourage less experienced or junior coaches to apply for our lower grade representative and development teams.
As an NSB coach you will receive access to coaching materials, training drills and professional resources.
We aim to create a collegiate experience across our group of coaches facilitating the transfer of skills and importantly providing a supportive environment for all.
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
To ensure compliance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy all coaches and selectors must provide a copy of a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) certificate with their application. Your WWCC will be validated by NSB’s Coaches Convenor and will be kept on file.
